Pacific Apartment Homes, LLC transforms apartment buildings built in the 1960’s and 1970’s and turns them into wonderful living environments. Their goal is to change an existing apartment building, located in a great area, into a boutique living space, with the fit and finish of new construction. Many of their buildings have intimate social areas, such as fire pits, BBQs, and pools. The buildings are located in and around the South Bay area of Southern California and Santa Barbara.
BD Management, LLC, our affiliated manager, works hard to take care of the day-to-day issues in a very timely and professional manner. BD Management sponsors taco truck socials for the tenants to allow them to meet their neighbors and feel like they belong to a friendly and caring community.
